Challenges Are Part Of Success.
I’ve been doing quite a bit of thinking over the past few days and I’ve come up with a few key thoughts.
I have had two primary thoughts go through my mind over the past few weeks. The primary thought is that it’s time for some new challenges in my life. The secondary thought is that I am capable of just about anything I set my mind to accomplishing.
Realizing this, I have two choices:
- Sit back and let life send some challenges my way; or
- Create my own GRAND challenges.
Personally, I’ve always believed it’s better to create your own challenges, as this is being active. You are doing your own creating.
If you sit back and let life send challenges your way, you are being passive. You are letting your life be created by others and by the universe.

I challenge you to create 3 challenges for yourself NOW ! Don’t wait for New Year’s, make them now. There is no reason to wait.
My Challenge For Myself !
Here are my 3 challenges (plus a bonus challenge) for the rest of 2014:
- Continue to walk a minimum of 6 hours each day
- Blog more often.
- BONUS CHALLENGE – I want to help at least 50 people get started on life-changing, weight loss / walking programs.
