Where Can You Warrior Walk?

You can warrior walk virtually anywhere, at virtually any time.

Places where I have warrior walked are:

  • My neighborhood;
  • Public streets;
  • Hiking trails;
  • Shopping malls;
  • Gyms (treadmills and tracks);
  • The treadmill at my house.

Where you warrior walk is usually a function of what’s the most convenient, the weather and your own personal preferences.

The key is to pick a time and place to warrior walk that is convenient for you and that you will enjoy.  You also need to have contingency plans in the case of bad weather, going out of town for business or  vacations, etc.

The trick is to be prepared.
