Hi. My name is Stanley Bronstein.
Over the past year, I’ve gained a reputation for walking quite a bit around my neighborhood in Scottsdale, Arizona.
When asked why I walked for several hours each day, I explain that I do it for two primary reasons:
- Weight loss; and
- Peace of mind.
Since mid-February 2009, I’ve seen my weight drop by more than 100 pounds, my blood pressure drop more than 30 points and I feel like I’m closer to 35 than my true age (51 as of June 2010). In short, I feel better than I ever have in my entire life.
While I’m often referred to as the “Warrior Walker TM“, the truth is that anyone who takes walking seriously can be considered a warrior walker.
My goal is to create a legion of warrior walkers around the world who take walking seriously. Walking has changed my life and I want to help you let walking change yours.
