Just a little bit is all it takes. You don’t have to cover a lot of distance.
You Don’t Have To Walk For Long Periods Of Time
You don’t have to walk for hours and hours like I do. You only need to walk for 30 to 45 minutes a day.
You Don’t Have To Walk Fast
You don’t have to walk very fast. You don’t have to get your heart rate “way up there.”
But You Do Have To Do It
That’s the key right there. You don’t have to walk long or hard, but you do have to walk. EVERY day. Not just some of the time, but ALL of the time.
